Although it’s one of the final stages of bread production, dough cutting (or scoring) is an extremely important part of the production process, as it allows the dough to expand whilst it’s being baked. All of GBT’s cutting machines are made from either food-grade stainless steel or high-grade steel, and are designed to be able to score bread on an industrial scale. Cross Cutting Machine

  • Cuts with a cutting width of ± 3 mm
  • All parts made with food-grade stainless steel or high-grade steel

  • Cuts with a cutting length of ±1.5 mm
  • Works at a capacity of 2,000 Stk/h

GBT Top Cut 2

  • With 2 cutting heads: achieves a capacity of 4,200 Stk/h
  • Cycle time of approximately 22 seconds
  • Able to set cut depth and cut length
  • Able to offer diagonal cuts and straight cuts
