Although it’s one of the final stages of bread production, dough cutting (or scoring) is an extremely important part of the production process, as it allows the dough to expand whilst it’s being baked. Cross Cutting Machine

  • With 2 cutting heads: achieves a capacity of 4,200 Stk/h
