Safety and quality – ESTEVE sifters are made to separate out foreign bodies from powders and granules delivered in sacks or in bulk, e.g. sack fibres, paper residues and lumps.

Types of sifters

  • Vibrating sifters

The vibrating sieve is used to sift 100% of the recipes components and ensure the safety of the final product by avoiding the introduction of foreign particles.

  • Centrifugal sifters

Centrifugal sifters T400 – T600 – T800

T1000 installed off-line, max. flow-rate 15 t/h.

Installed in-line on the pneumatic conveyor circuits, max. flow-rate 6 t/h.

Mesh size: 600 μm to 3 mm.

  • Manual sifter – Tamobile Mobile elevating sifter

Tamobile is made for feeding mixers or any other machine with bag conditioned flours and powders.

  • Manual sifter and doser – Tamokit In-line elevating sifter

Tamokit is designed to supply flour or any type of powders, delivered in bags, to the mixers.

  8. Possibility to change the opening door, on the left or on the right.
  9. Different kind of sieve can be used. (Blue Polyamid or Stainless steel)
  10. Can be implanted in pneumatic circuit (Pressure or vaccuum +/- 0,5 bar)

  • Manual sifter – Tamobile Mobile elevating sifter

  1. The sifter pivots to supply two mixers without moving the unit.
  2. The rotor is designed to break any lumps
  3. Removable sifter grid with throughput up to 2t/h depending on mesh

  • Manual sifter and doser – Tamokit In-line elevating sifter

  1. Emptying hopper.
  2. In-line sifter with mechanical or electronic scale and rotating screw (optional) to supply two mixers without moving the machine.
  3. Removable sifter grid with throughput up to 2t/h depending on opening mesh size.
